Who is iDoctors Store?
iDoctors Store is a specialized Apple device repair center (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch) and the sale of high-quality used devices. We are experts in the field and offer fast and affordable solutions for all your Apple device problems.
Where are you located?
Our main office is located in Corso di Porta Romana 128, 20122 - Milano - MI. You can easily find us by following the directions on our Stores page.
What are your opening hours?
Our center is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:30 and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:30. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays.

What devices do you repair?
We repair all models of:
- iPhone (iPhone 5 to newer models)
- iPad (all models)
- MacBook (Pro, Air, and standard models)
- Apple Watch (all series)
- Other Apple devices
- Any multi-brand device like, Samsung-Huawei-Oppo-Xiaomi etc..
How long does a repair take?
Repair times vary depending on the type of intervention:
- Standard repairs (screen replacement, battery): 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Complex repairs (liquid damage, motherboard issues): 1-3 business days
- Repairs requiring specific parts to be ordered: 3-5 business days
We will always give you an accurate estimate when you bring in your device.
Do you offer a free quote?
Yes, the diagnosis and estimate are always free and without obligation. We will always tell you the exact cost of the repair before proceeding with any intervention.
What happens if my device cannot be repaired?
If your device is beyond repair or the cost of repair exceeds the value of the device, we will notify you immediately. In these cases, we can offer alternative solutions such as data recovery or trade-in options for a used device.
Do you use original components?
We use the highest quality components, selected to ensure optimal and long-lasting performance. We offer both original Apple components and premium alternatives, always explaining the differences in performance and cost.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
What warranty do you offer on repairs?
All our repairs are covered by a 3 month warranty on replaced parts and labor. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical problems related to the repair performed.
What to do if I have problems after a repair?
If there is any problem after repair, please contact us immediately or return to the store. We will check the problem and if it is covered by warranty, we will repair it for free.
Is Apple's warranty still valid after your repair?
Repairs not authorized by Apple may void the manufacturer's warranty on the affected components. We will always inform you of this before proceeding with the repair.
Used Devices
What does "used" mean?
A "used" device is a used product that has been fully checked, tested, cleaned and, where necessary, repaired to ensure optimal functioning. All of our used devices undergo a rigorous quality control process.
What warranty do used devices have?
All used devices are covered by a 12-month warranty that protects against technical defects and malfunctions.
How do you check the quality of the devices used?
Each refurbished device goes through a multi-step verification process that includes:
- Full Hardware Test
- Check battery and replace if necessary
- Professional cleaning and sanitization
- Full software reset
- Final functionality check
Do the used devices include accessories?
No, all our used devices do not include accessories but you can purchase them on site.
Payments and Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), Klarna with payment in 3 installments.
Do you offer shipping services for repairs?
Yes, we offer a home pick-up and delivery service for repairs. You can request this service by phone or through our website.
Do you ship used devices?
Yes, we ship refurbished devices all over Italy. Shipping costs vary based on destination and are calculated at the time of ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs start at €15.00 for Italy.
Additional Services
Do you offer data recovery from damaged devices?
Yes, we offer data recovery services for damaged devices. The cost and possibility of recovery depends on the type of damage and will be assessed during diagnosis.
Do you buy used devices?
Yes, we buy used Apple devices and also offer the option to trade in for refurbished devices or to get a discount on repairs.
Do you offer software support?
Yes, in addition to hardware repairs, we also offer assistance for software issues, including:
